Tried this Strawberry Orange Muffins recipe today. I was kinda lazy so instead of puree I used strawberry juice. My muffin tray is good quality non-stick and doesn’t need paper liners.
Tried the recipe of Corn Bread from Better Homes and Gardens. I used 1 cup of cornmeal instead of 3/4 cups and 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder. Result was fantastic
