I made my favorite oatmeal cookies last week. Normally I don’t add raisins and brown sugar in oatmeal cookies but this time I tried combination of Laura’s recipe and Monique’s recipe, i.e.:
- added pureed and whole raisins
- added vegetable shortening
- added cinnamon powder
- removed slightly undercooked cookies from the oven

- I used a rectangular ice cream scoop
